![]() ![]() I contacted City Sports Email Customer Service- the response, "I have contacted the district manager for immediate investigation." Nothing changed- no one has contacted me back. I contacted the Director of City Sports Hayward, Jennifer. In the contract- it says they are NOT responsible for the times their trainers are available. The new trainers are only available nights- NO mornings. There is an extremely HIGH turn-over rate. My trainer is no longer with the company. ![]() ![]() That first month does NOT count as the 1st month of the 6 month period. When you sign the contract- you pay the first month upfront. ALSO, I signed up in November for 6 months. (five 25 min sessions) NOT including the club membership ($30/mo). I contacted customer service, they said the District Manager would look into it, however, NOTHING was resolved.įor Personal Training I pay $240/mo. The accounting was off because they put my payment towards my club membership INSTEAD of my Personal Training Payment, as I requested. Last month I pre-paid my personal training membership. WARNING, Do NOT get a personal training contract! ![]()
